As the sun sets, the gates open and twilight fades; the garden is transformed on even the coldest nights into a magical luminescent wonderland. Beams of light play across the gardens and create wondrous fairy tale like forests and picturesque scenes.

The light show follows a 1.5 kilometre trail through the gardens where millions of points of light are placed. Adults and children alike can truly experience some Christmas magic as they stroll through the gardens admiring the illuminations. Enjoy a stroll through the starry wood and the firefly garden then see if you can recognise Rudolph and his friends. There is further reward at the end of the trail too with plenty of hot regional foods, roaring fire pits to warm your hands by and best of all an ice skating rink under the stars.
